Olusegun is a Chartered Certified Accountant and Chartered Internal Auditor with extensive experience in Accountancy, Internal Audit and Business Consultancy services gained from experience in the “Big Four” firms and reputable multi-national companies operating in the commercial and industrial Sectors over the last 3 decades.

Olusegun managed internal audit function for a multi-national company and was responsible for audit of operations in 46 countries in Europe, Middle East and Africa. In prior roles, Olusegun also worked in USA and China.

Olusegun is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, an Associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Member of the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors. Olusegun completed a postgraduate (M.Sc.) degree in Audit Management and Consultancy in the Birmingham City University in 2005.

Olusegun understands the importance of delivering quality and timely services that adds real value to businesses and has the experience to provide the right solutions that meets and exceeds individual business needs.

Olusegun operates Certax Accounting (Basingstoke) & Certax Accounting (Newbury) both professional accounting and tax advisory practices
